For the Love of San Luis Obispo

Peter Kageyama's book “For the Love of Cities” poses the theory that things thrive when they are loved, and that a small number of citizens who are “in love” with their city can have major impacts. Peter will lead an interactive workshop discussing why emotional engagement matters in a place. He will share his experience in community-building, give an overview of other lovable cities, and inspire more people to be “in love” with SLO and ultimately do something productive for our city.
