Baileyana & tangent Wineries

Open daily 10-5. Popular varietals: chardonnay, pinot noir, sauvignon blanc. Experience two unique wineries from the Edna Valley of San Luis Obispo pouring under the same roof in the Independence schoolhouse. Baileyana's wines are Old-World inspired with a modern sensibility; Tangent plays with flavor in alternative white wines. Both are created under the Burgundian-born winemaker Christian Roguenant and the vineyard's second- and third-generation owners.
