Join us in remembering loved ones during the 28th annual Light Up a Life. During the holiday season you are invited to help shine a light at any one of the 12 Hospice SLO memorial ceremonies in 10 communities throughout the county.

Your loved one’s name will be read at the Light Up a Life ceremony of your choice and entered into the Memorial Book for a donation of $15.

All donations benefit Hospice of SLO County, a nonprofit 501c3 serving San Luis Obispo County residents since 1977.
