Nationally Acclaimed Author Rebecca Katz appears on the Central Coast

The Wellness Kitchen & Resource Center welcomes Rebecca Katz to the Central Coast to introduce her new book "The Longevity Kitchen" with a cooking demonstration and book signing. Her other books include The Cancer-Fighting Kitchen and One Bite at a Time.
