Ambrosia  - Soft-rock group Ambrosia had a trio of hits in the late '70s with "How Much I Feel," "You're the Only Woman" and "Biggest Part of Me." While many people are familiar with Ambrosia's radio hits of the '70s, the songs on their five albums range also to progressive and experimental. They are as comfortable with ballads as with driving rock and roll. Ambrosia is still together (or more accurately, together again), still with the original four members, and they've been doing live performances for a number of years. The group has had a few band member changes over the years, but still has continued to write and perform new material.

Blue Oyster Cult  - The "thinking-man's metal band" from Long Island score big in the mid-'70s through early '80s, with gothic, mythologically tinged songs such as (of course) '(Don't Fear) the Reaper," "Godzilla," "Burnin' for You," "Red and the Black," "Golden Age of Leather" and "Joan Crawford." And they're still playing venues across the country more than four decades later. Founding members Eric Bloom (lead vocals) and Buck Dharma (guitar) are joined these days by Richie Castellano (keyboards, backing guitars), former Todd Rundgren's Utopia bassist Kasim Sulton and drummer Jules Radino.
